Well what a month April turned out to be- I can definitely say that exciting was the word of the month! I'm always busy, but every month this year seems to up the ante and things are starting to get very exciting! From birthday celebrations to working with some amazing women on the latest shoot, not to mention finishing the new AW designs, it's been a really creative month and to me being creative= being happy!

Birthdays & Milestones
Okay so I make no apology for the fact that I've been banging on about this all month! Not only was it my birthday in April (46 if you're wondering), but it also marked two years since I relaunched the brand and what a ride it's been! To make the occasion even more special, we also received our 2,000th order since the relaunch which truly was the icing on the cake! There was of course plenty of actual cake involved this month (big fan), and you all loved the free birthday tote offer too. Thanks again to My Bags of Stuff for the fab collab! Did you get a tote? As well as our gorgeous totes, every week in April one person won a Golden Ticket, getting their shoes refunded and completely on us! Congratulations to all the winners, that was a lot of fun!
Strike a Pose
After the last shoot which was very bridal focussed, this month I did a new shoot which was more occasion wear focussed and what an amazing day it was! I wanted to show how versatile the shoes are, so you can wear them for a special occasion but they also work beautifully to dress up a day time outfit to meet a friend for coffee. We actually shot a lot of the scenes in a real life coffee shop, which was perfect- stunning interiors and great coffee on tap, who could ask for more? It was fun to be back out on location too and we got some great shots of our two gorgeous models- keep an eye on our socials for more behind the scenes and of course the finished results!
This Month in Shoes
At the beginning of the month I sent the final designs to my factory for sampling for the new Autumn Winter collection. To be honest with you, that's a bit later than it should be as this year has just been crazy but I didn't want to rush and am so happy with the results. I've been doing a lot of thinking about the brand and this next collection I'm very much going back to what I've always been and there are some really signature styles in there. I even had fun going through my box of archive styles- do you recognise any of them? To say I'm excited to see the samples would be an understatement!
May is all about getting ready for those big summer occasions and I've got some really nice things planned for you. As ever if you need any advice or there's anything you'd like to ask, you know where I am.
