Our shoes are generally true to size, verging on the slightly more generous side. Many of our customers have found that if they’re between sizes, going for the smaller size works well. So if you’re a size 5.5 for example, you should find the size 5 (38) just right.

Also because our shoes are made from beautifully soft leather with full leather
linings, they will give a little when you wear them too.

Whilst we'd love to, unfortunately we don't offer half sizes. This would significantly increase the amount of stock we'd have to hold, and mean we'd have to limit the number of new styles we launch.

They aren’t specifically a wide fit but are designed with comfort in mind, so are more forgiving than many high street shoes. We’ve had a lot of customers who usually buy wide fit wear our shoes and some styles work better than others. Get in touch if you need a bit of guidance.

It really comes down to what you’re used to, but as a guide, lower heels and block heels tend to be the most comfortable for long days. That said, all of our styles are designed to feel as wearable as
possible, whatever the height.

Yes- that’s exactly what they’re designed for. From the materials we use to the way the shoes are designed, everything is considered so they feel good from morning through to evening. Heels can be comfy, we promise!

It’s a combination of things- the way the shoes are designed, the balance of the heel, the cushioned padding underfoot and the quality of the materials. It’s not just one feature, but how everything works together- plus we’ve been creating shoes for a long time and know what works!

Yes, we ship worldwide (and love to see how far our shoes travel!). Depending where you‘re based, your order may be subject to local taxes or duties, which are set by your country and aren’t included at checkout. These tend to change a fair bit at the moment, so feel free to get in touch for the
latest advice.

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, unless we’re crazy busy! From there UK delivery is usually within a couple of working days, and international delivery times vary depending on location, but we’ll always keep you updated. We also offer next day delivery in the UK and can quote for express shipping overseas if required. Visit our delivery and returns page for more information.

We know buying shoes online can be a bit of a pain, which is why you’re very welcome to return or exchange them if they’re not quite
right. As long as they’re unworn and in their original condition, we’ll help you find a better fit or refund you if not. See our Delivery & Returns page for full terms.

We don't offer free returns as this would mean we'd have to increase our overall prices and we don't want that! Return shipping is your responsibility until the shoes reach our warehouse, so we recommend using a tracked service.

If your order hasn't shipped you can request a cancellation via email, making sure you include your order number. We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

We're only human and sometimes mistakes happen! In the rare event that you receive the wrong shoes please let us know as soon as you can. We will arrange to get the incorrect pair back and dispatch the right ones as quickly as we can!

All of our shoes are made using high-quality leather and suede, with full leather linings and insoles for a really comfy feel. The soles are a durable synthetic with a leather look, so you get the feel of a luxury finish with a bit more practicality for long term wear.

We try and strike the balance between having enough stock and avoiding over-ordering, but sometimes we do sell out! If it's being restocked you will be able to place a pre-order which will reserve your pair from the next delivery.

If a style is not going to be restocked it will show as out of stock and won't give you the option to place a pre-order.

Yes- all of our styles work really well for outdoor events, but it’s worth thinking about the setting. If you’ll be on grass or uneven ground, a lower or block heel is usually the most comfortable (and practical) choice. However you can wear a slimmer heel if you protect them with a pair of Clean Heels.

Leather and suede are surprisingly forgiving and can be cleaned after your event, but we'd also recommend using a suitable protector spray before wearing them.

Definitely. We design your shoes to feel special, but still easy to wear beyond one occasion- whether that’s dressing them down slightly or bringing them out for another event.

A little care goes a long way. Store them in their dust bags, keep them dry, and use a suitable protector or cleaner depending on the material. If you’re ever unsure, we’re always happy to advise.
