I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this, but after being an online only brand for the past few years, Rachel Simpson now has a physical home again and I couldn’t be more excited!
On Monday we opened the doors to our first ever boutique concession in the stunning new Dotty Bridal store in Wakefield. It’s more than just a retail space, it’s a truly beautiful destination, designed to give you a dreamy, memorable shopping experience (with a coffee or cocktail in hand, of course, courtesy of their in house bar!).
If you've been following our journey, you’ll know that we’ve not had a physical retail space since we had to close our Birmingham showroom during Covid. While we’ve loved growing our online community, there’s nothing quite like being able to try on your dream shoes in person, to feel the materials, see the colours up close and of course, find your perfect fit.
That’s exactly what this space offers. Set on the second floor of Dotty Bridal’s incredible new store, our boutique houses the entire Rachel Simpson collection from bridal and occasion shoes to everyday flats. There’s no need to book an appointment, just turn up and one of the amazing Dotty team will be there to help you (you'll find us in the Mother of the Bride department). And if you fall in love with your perfect pair (which we hope you will), you can take your shoes home that very same day.
This is a huge milestone both for the brand and me personally, and I honestly couldn’t think of a better partner to collaborate with than the amazing team at Dotty Bridal. Shannon and I have known each other since the start of our businesses and used to work together, so it feels really special to have come back together. The whole store is something special, and I feel honoured to be a part of it.
