This weekend sees the finals of this year's Wimbledon and, whilst I'll definitely be keeping an eye on Centre Court, is it okay to admit I've been just as interested in what's been happening court side in terms of celebrity style? Wimbledon has become one of the biggest style moments of the British summer, with visitors showcasing an array of elegant looks that are the perfect inspiration for summer events.

One thing that really stood out this year was just how timeless the styling felt. Think quintessential English summer garden party with pretty florals, classic polka dots and beautifully cut dresses taking centre stage. Alongside the prints there was plenty of soft, neutral tailoring in neutral and pastel shades, proving that simple, elegant dressing never goes out of style. The overall feel was polished but effortless- the kind of looks that work just as well for weddings, Ladies Day and summer celebrations as they do for a day watching the tennis.

When it came to shoes, there were definitely two distinct camps. On one side were the classic court shoes, with elegant points in ivory, white and timeless neutral shades like taupe and pale blue.

Then there were elegant sandals proving just as popular, with ivory and white again being popular choices, but with some slightly bolder options along the way, including classic black and Wimbledon inspired greens.

I've loved following this year's Wimbledon style as much as the tennis itself, especially when it comes to the shoes. Whether you're firmly court side or all about open season, there's no shortage of inspiration to take into the rest of the summer, and whichever style is your favourite, we've got perfect pair to help you recreate the look.

Enjoy the finals!

Love,

Rachel xx
